£350-£750 Personal Injury reports dependent upon the complexity

£1500 Medical negligence reports

£100 addendum

£100 fail to attend giving less than 48hours notice

Payable within 90days of receipt of the report

Medical witness court attendance £1500 per day plus all reasonable expenses

Conference in chambers £1500 per day

6 weeks notice of cancellation of operating lists and clinics is required to allow court attendance and conference.

Cancellation:

Less than 6 weeks notice:

25% fees for the whole of the allotted time will be payable

Less than 21 days notice:

50% fee for the allotted time will be payable

Less than 14 days notice:

100% fee is payable.
